This page has three key sections to help you visualize and track your objectives throughout the year.

Below, we guide you on how to effectively utilize each of these sections:

1. Last Year's Retrospective

In this section, list out all the goals from the previous year that you did not achieve. This area serves as a reminder of areas that may need to be reworked or taken into consideration when planning for the current year

2. Current Year Planning Calendar

This is a table view where you will be able to drag and drop your goals from "Last Year's Retrospective" directly.

The steps to do this are:

  1. Find the goal you want to move into the current year

  2. Drag it from "Last Year's Retrospective" and drop it into the "Current Year Planning Calendar" table

  3. Once your goals are added, you can assign additional details like the Quarter, Assignee, Status, and if applicable, link it to a Project

Breaking Goals into Sub-tasks

To make your yearly goals more manageable and achievable, it's always helpful to break them down into smaller, more digestible tasks.

Here’s how to do this:

  1. Locate the goal you want to break down into sub-tasks. Hover over the row and notice a dropdown arrow appear to the left of your goal.

  2. Click on this arrow to expand your goal's row.

  3. Below the goal, you'll see a new row appear labeled "+ New sub item". Click on this button to add your sub-tasks directly beneath the main goal.

    1. After you've added your sub-tasks, don’t forget to assign them the necessary details for better management and tracking such as: Quarter, Assignee, Status and if necessary the specific Project.
